I called Horizon after one of the "Big Companies" showed up 2 1/2 hours late with no call as I was headed out the door. They promised service the next day. That didn't happen so I called Horizon. They came out the SAME afternoon to fix my plumbing issue quickly. Brian and his assistant were on time, courteous and VERY reasonably priced. I recommended them to my next door neighbor who and 2 quotes for service from the "Big companies". I recommended Horizon to them. Brian came out and determined that they were quoted for repairs they didn't need. Issue was fixed quickly. and fairly.I highly recommend Horizon for all your future HVAC and plumbing needs.

My 28 year old ac compressor blew out in the middle of a very hot July, and I searched online and found Horizon. I texted for an appointment, and was pleasantly surprised when shortly thereafter, owner Brian Richards contacted me and set up an appointment for the next day. He and his associate Chase showed up to my home and I immediately felt at ease. I previously decided that as soon as my compressor went out, I would invest in an ac/heat mini split system, but had no clue as to how they worked, how they were installed, etc. Brian proceeded to succinctly explain how they worked, and where the condensers and inside units would be best installed. I picked up on his knowledge, honesty, and empathy immediately and hired him a week later.The installation went just as smoothly as Brian and Chases’s first visit. Brian patiently walked me through every question/concern, I had a lot of questions! They showed up on time, never complained, worked extremely hard every day, and were always polite and friendly. Bonus points, they removed my old compressor and gas furnace and cleaned up meticulously!I am so happy I invested in mini-splits, and grateful to have found a reliable plumbing company.
